  1. Now this is what we like to see...Before and After! Now, how 'bout some chicks! LOL. Just kidding....not really kidding, actually.

It's amazing to me how people like you, John and Caroline devote so much energy and dedication to achieving a healthy physique...you really change yourselves into more positive people all around...and thousands of people make the choice everyday to do the same.

I wonder why it's not so popular to "work-out" the mind and soul?

  2. I am learning that developing the Mind, Body and Spirit simultaneously expands the potential for growth exponentially. Yes, it is profitable to develop the intellect through reseach, for instance, or the body at the gym, or the spirit at church. But somehow, working out all 3 at once allows for each discipline to support the others.

  3. Peoples perspectives tend to be narrow minded due to the Ego... God forbib muir if wehad toadd one more thing to our day..There are universal changes that are taken place, we are very lucky to be alive at a time when western cultures are adapting eastern traditions of mindfulness..If we could all atart the day with no anxieties that woulkd be great....But the reality of the situation is all of us have problems... Problems that looking great, and having money dont fix(spiritual malidy)...When we workon our mind, we handle struggle and change much smoother.. If your mind is not centered, and shit hits the fan, you will almost always resort to negative coping mechanisms
