Caroline has trained with me for 8 weeks.
Since the last "official" results day, Caroline has lost 24 lbs., and lost 37 inches total body.
Caroline and I estimate she is 20% to her goal, well on her way to mastering the fine arts of MIND - BODY - SPIRIT.

ReplyDeleteThe last time I saw Caroline, she looked like the "THEN" shot. I am absolutely amazed at the transformation in only 2 months.....You think she is only 20% finished? Is she training to be a superhero? HA
I'm an old school buddy of Caroline's from West Virginia, but I snow bird to Boca NOV to FEB...I would be very interested in meeting you and possibly hiring your services.
